If you were signed up to play in these divisions for the tournament on Setpember 7th and 8th, you do not need to sign up again. However, if you want to play in any of these divisions, and you did not sign up for the original tournament, that is ok. Sign ups are OPEN!

Sunday:

1pm: Mixed Doubles

3pm: Coed Junior Doubles

4pm: Men's/Women's Singles

This event will take place at Richmond Hill Recreation Department in Richmond Hill, GA on September 15th. Here are the divisions and payouts:

Mixed Doubles Open (3.8 and Above)                1st: $200, 2nd: $70, 3rd: $40

Mixed Doubles Intermediate (3.7 and Below)     1st: $100, 2nd: $40, 3rd: $30

Coed Singles Open              1st: $125, 2nd: $50, 3rd: $25

Coed Junior Doubles             (Free Coed Junior Singles entry with signup into Coed Junior Doubles Division!)

If there are less than 6 singles signups, prize money will be paid out as a percentage of the entry fee pool for that division:

--> 1st Place: 35%, 2nd Place: 18%, 3rd Place: 7%

Format:

Advanced Divisions has a 5-match guarantee

All other Divisions has a 4-match guarantee

• All divisions can play more matches than the guarantee depending on number of entries per division

Additional Notes:

-Both players need to report the score together to the tournament desk after the match in order to ensure accurate results.

-Follow the tournament on the link in the homepage of the website, as well as in your email. It is a Google Sheet with match times and the draws, so be sure to follow it.

-Matches will be played Outdoors on permanent pickleball courts

Rain/Inclement Weather Policy:

-If you have completed two matches, and the event is cancelled, there are no refunds. However, if your division has not begun play, and the event is cancelled, then you will receive a rain-check voucher code by email to use in your next tournament.
