Savannah Pickleball Festival

Players, families, and fans come together for a full weekend of games, community fun, and festival energy. Whether you are a seasoned player, picking up a paddle for the first time, bringing the kids, or cheering from the sidelines, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Come celebrate one of America's fastest-growing sports with games, activities, tournaments, music, and fun for all ages.

Tournament Information

• Medals will be awarded to the Top 3 finishers in all divisions.

• 5 match guarantee (most divisions will have more than 5 matches)

• Rain Policy: In the event that the tournament is rained out, the tournament will be reshceduled to another day, or UPE will refund 100% of entry fee. Once a division begins play, refunds are no longer available for that entry.

• Entry Fees: $60 for one entry, $90 for two entries, $120 for three entries

  • $60 for the first entry, and each additional entry is $30.

• You will select your divisions during checkout.

• If you want to sign up, but do not have a partner, you can still sign up for the event. During checkout, you will be asked to name your partners. Just type "NEED" and the division in which you need them in.

• Please note, divisions can be combined if there are not enough entries to fill a division. We will make our best efforts to have all divisions as close in rating as possible.

Weekend Schedule:

Saturday August 29th:

8:30-11:00am - Fun, Games, Lessons, and Open Play

• All free, including open play on Saturday morning only

11:00-1:30pm - 55+ Mixed Doubles

• Mixed doubles tournament play. Both partners must be at least 55 years of age. Beginners welcome.

1:30-4:00pm - Mixed Doubles Divisions

• Competitive mixed divisions include Beginner (below 3.0), Intermediate (3.0-3.5), and Advanced (3.5+). Beginners with no DUPR rating are welcome. Games will not be reported to DUPR.

4:00-Close - Adult & Child Tournament

• Open to any child 14 and under paired with an adult. Beginners welcome.

Sunday August 30th:

11-1:30pm - 55+ Women's and Men's Doubles

• Women's and men's tournament play. Both partners must be at least 55 years of age. Beginners welcome.

1:30-Close - Women's & Men's Doubles Divisions

• Competitive women's and men's divisions include Beginner (below 3.0), Intermediate (3.0-3.5), and Advanced (3.5+). Beginners with no DUPR rating are welcome. Games will not be reported to DUPR.

Challenge Circuit

Test your skills all weekend across a circuit of pickleball challenges (see below). Tournament players get one free circuit entry for each event they are registered for. Everyone can purchase a circuit entry for $5, and prizes will be awarded to the three highest scorers.

• Tournament players receive one free entry for each event they are registered for

• Additional circuit entries are $5

• Prizes go to the top three scorers

Speed Serve:

Players get six attempts to get the fastest serve they can.

Picklebowl:

Players get four balls to knock down pins. They fire pickleballs from the opposite side of the kitchen line.

Nasty Nelson:

Mannequin is set up at the kitchen line opposite the server. Players get six chances to strike Nelson. Number of hits is marked on their card.
